I no longer accept insurance…
Why? Great question.
Because insurance companies mandate every session, randomly order therapy notes, conduct intimidating audits and force the hand of therapists to release more and more documentation which can be potentially compromising. Many of my clients are parents, couples, executives, government workers with security clearances, LGBTQIA/ENM folx…all of whom deserve discretion, autonomy and respect. Each session is tailored for you with your needs, your goals and your privacy the most important.
Intake (initial session) : $200
Individual session: $185
Couples Therapy: $200
Superbills will be provided for out of network benefits.

We will meet, get to know each other and figure out what you are looking to do and how I can support you. We then collaborate and come up with a plan, schedule and take it from there. It can feel overwhelming…I mean seriously…showing up to some stranger’s office and sharing your deepest thoughts? Right away?
Yeah. Nope
My job is to help, guide and support…not push, nag or create discomfort.
My hope is you will find this to be your warmest, safest place; and you will thrive, heal and feel optimistic about your life.

I’m certified in trauma, gender affirming care, and an adolescent specialist with a tool case full of interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (wait till you see this!) Gottman Couples Counseling, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Psychoanalytic approaches.
What does all this mean? It means we dig in, collaborate, find what works for you, set goals, and get busy. It means I’m here for you. It means it’s time to live epically…maybe for the very first time.
You are welcome here.
You are safe.
And I’m with you the whole way.
